Performance

Powerful Engine

The heavy duty Kirloskar 4R1040T engine has a gross power of 105 HP @ 2,200 rpm and offers low operating cost, low fuel consumption and extended scheduled maintenance interval of 500 hours.

One-Touch Deceleration & Auto-Idle

One touch deceleration switch on top of LH joystick lowers the engine RPM when selected. The saves fuel by regulating pump and engine. Auto Idle function moderates engine RPM to idle state when machine remains idle for 4 sec by enabling MCU to send a signal to engine. This in turn reduces fuel consumption and operation cost.

Boom & Arm Flow Regeneration

This feature helps to recirculate hydraulic energy from return line to pump supply line for smooth and fast arm operation. It prevents cavitation and enhances performance of machine.

Two Travel Speed Control System

The machine can be operated in two travel speed modes. They help to maneuver the machine easily at various gradients and ground condition

Efficiency

Power Boost Control System

It helps to meet extreme power requirement when working with peak loads. If high digging pressure is observed for more than 1 second, the controller automatically boosts digging forces to meet the job condition.

Electro Hydraulic Flow Control

To ensure best productivity, the Variable Displacement Axial Piston type pump with electro hydraulic control function provides a wide range of flow at various workloads. The open center design of the main control valve provides fast synchronization between joystick and hydraulic components. Thus increasing speed and smoothness of operations.

Swing Priority

The auto-piloted swing priority increases hydraulic oil flow to swing circuit in combined operation, which leads to faster swing cycle for more productivity & profitability.

Advanced CAPO System

The advanced CAPO (Computer Aided Power Optimization) system tunes engine and pump power to optimum level. Multiple modes selections are available for various workloads, maintaining high performance while reducing the fuel consumption.

Made with high tensile strength steel, the boom & arm are reinforced with steel bearings and internal baffle plates to maximize impact strength.

High-Strength Bucket Linkages

Control link is casted in one-piece design. The bucket linkages are reinforced to ensure high durability and high digging forces. It adds great strength to the component and helps to carry heavy loads without failure.

Heavy Duty Undercarriage

Side Member reinforcement protects the idler from any damage in tough terrains. A heavy-duty track shoe provides better stability and durability on harsh terrains.

Strong and stable Lower frame

The reinforced box- section frame is welded using low –stress, high-strength steel. The X- leg type center frame is integrally welded for maximum strength and durability.

Automatic Engine Overheat Prevention

This feature monitors coolant temperature and automatically lowers engine speed if it overheats, preventing premature failure.

Anti-Slip Pads & Handrail

Anti-slip pads provides a great floor grip to the operator and prevent skidding while working on the machine. Handrails provide additional support and safety to the operator while entering or exiting the cabin.

Anti-Restart System

This feature prevents the starter from restarting during engine operation if the operator accidently turns on the start key. Thus preventing accidental damage to the engine.

Added Tank Cover & Belly Guard

The tank cover keeps the fuel tank safe from hitting any external objects. The belly guard protects the lower X-frame while travelling.
