Digital Cluster with Color Display and Work Mode Selection

The digital cluster displays key machine information like oil temperature, coolant temperature, and other vital statistics. Optimized performance is achieved by letting operator to choose between two power modes, three work modes and two User Modes.

Arm Regeneration

Arm regeneration helps to recirculate hydraulic energy from return line to pump supply line for smooth and fast arm operation. It prevents cavitation and enhances performance of machine.

High Digging Force

The Hydraulics and attachments are designed to offer high digging forces.

Stability

A long crawler and high operating weight facilitates better stability to the machine while working on heavy loads and in harsh terrains. It helps to increase operator convenience and comfort.

Negative Flow Control for Fast Response

When a component is not in operational, a control lever stroke maintains high standby pressure of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic hoses rather than sending it back to the main control valve. It not only results in faster response time of the hydraulic component, but also fuel savings.

One-Touch Deceleration & Auto-Idle

One touch deceleration switch on top of LH joystick lowers the engine RPM when selected. The saves fuel by regulating pump and engine. Auto Idle function moderates engine RPM to idle state e=when machine remains idle for 4 sec by enabling MCU to send a signal to engine. This in turn reduces fuel consumption and operation cost.

Charge Air Cooler System

The system cools the air as it passes through the turbocharger. It results in cool, high-density air of bigger mass being pumped to the engine. This helps to achieve deliver more power output per unit of fuel burnt and high fuel efficiency.

Swing Priority

The auto-piloted swing priority increases hydraulic oil flow to swing circuit in combined operation, which leads to faster swing cycle for more productivity & profitability.

This feature monitors coolant temperature and automatically lowers engine speed if it overheats, preventing premature failure of the machine.

Holding Valve

The Holding Valve keeps attachments locked and prevents them from drifting due to gravity during prolonged overhanging.
