Let me start by wishing everyone a Happy, Blessed and Successful New Year 2022!

In the beginning of New Year, I want to take this as an opportunity to extend my heartfelt greetings for the season and appreciate you all for your accomplishments and achievements for last year.

I am really happy to see that all our Partners, their families and all our employees are staying safe and healthy. That’s the biggest achievement of 2021 and I pray almighty that every one of you have the very best of Health at all times.

Last year was tough with its own sets of challenges but for us it has been a great year as far as achieving our targets are concerned. I am truly very grateful to the one and all for your support and dedication and for the extra hours that you all worked to support us in difficult times.

The business situation seems to be really encouraging and will give us many good opportunities to scale greater heights in our Business. Moving further in 2022, we have huge challenge of increasing raw material prices constraint. We shall have to control cost to optimize operating profitability. Also, as a part of HR initiative in learning and development for our employees - we will intensify this most important activity.

The year 2021 helped us expand our wings by taking many new initiatives to improve our Products & Offerings and better our value delivery to customers. I am highly appreciative of the contributions made by our Vendor Partners, Finance Partners, Dealers and all HCEI Employees, who have steered the Hyundai Brand to the Leadership position in CE Industry.

In 2022 the key initiatives that each one of us must actively contribute are-

1. Achieve a market share of more than 18%
2. Cost reduction
3. Effective communication with dealers, customers and vendors

With your contributions, we are confident to take up many more new initiatives in 2022 towards improving customers and Partners Value & profitability.
